Cane Collection

Large furniture is notoriously difficult to photograph. It takes a team of people to unpack it, assemble it, and style it. Not to mention the square feet needed to construct a set and frame up an interesting compisition. Once everything is in place, you pray to the content gods that it all comes out looking all right. This is where CGI comes into play. Either as an extension of a physical set or as the entire scene, leveraging CGI has almost become necessary.

This “cane collection” is a first run at creating every nut and bolt in a 3D environment. Designed and manufactured by Podium, these pieces encompass tradition and modern elegance. Each piece exhibits clean lines and experienced craftsmanship. Having seen these pieces in person helped shape the realistic renders by accounting for every detail.

The environment used is a surfer’s or beach lover’s dream. Mixing harsh architecture with cane and ash wood creates a compliment and contrast that simultaneously feels elevated and cosy. All accessories were developed and styled by Legenda.
